Michael Hodges earned his BS in Accounting in 1981 from Jacksonville University and has held a real estate license in the state of Florida since October 1988. Michael worked in property management since 1990 and in 2005, he purchased a small firm, First Place Management, Inc., with 112 accounts and grew it to 400. Michael is active in the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Residential Property Managers, Florida Association of Residential Property Managers and the Northeast Florida Association of Residential Property Managers. He serves on several committees and chairs of FARPM. He is also involved in the Chamber of Commerce and BNI. Michael is an avid enthusiast of the Miami football program and likes spending time with his daughter, Shelby, an art psychologist.

Brenda Needham, Broker Associate and Business Development Manager for FPM Properties. Her primary responsibility is new business/working with property owners.
Born and raised in Jacksonville, Brenda began her real estate career in 1998 as a sales agent, quickly switching to property management after seeing so many opportunities in the industry. The desire and ability to service many customers and manage one of their most expensive assets was exciting and bringing it all together is a challenge that she enjoys. She describes property management as a job with many moving parts.
Continuing to serve on various committees and holding leadership positions while giving back many hours to her community and the property management industry, she is an active member with the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Residential Property Managers, the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and the local Jacksonville Chapter of Northeast Florida Association of Residential Property Managers.
Brenda was nominated as sNEFAR Property Manager of the Year in 2005 and 2008. She is well known for mentoring other professional property managers and is very conscientious with regard to ethical and professional issues. When she does take time off, she spends it with her grandchildren Nikolis and Alexa.

Timothy, Broker Associate/Leasing Coordinator, is a Florida native and has been a licensed professional in the real estate industry since 2014. Throughout this time, he has assisted in all aspects of the property management field and has been active as a sales and leasing agent. He is an active member in the national, state, and local Realtor associations and holds his Graduate Realtor Designation from the national association.
Prior to his real estate career Timothy worked in customer service and marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida.
In his spare time Timothy enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Kalen Keele has over 5 years of customer service experience and 4 years of property management experience. She continues to successfully grow with the company utilizing the skills that she demonstrates in leadership and customer service. Kalen recently transitioned from accounting to maintenance coordination In her free time, this Jacksonville native enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family.
